When Alvin and Cindy had their second boy in October, they started thinking of really doing up the boys individual rooms. Jacob, their firstborn, who is now three,has been sleeping with them in their Master Bedroom ever since birth. Although he has his own room with a double deck bed, he refused to sleep by himself.
After identifying some leakage they were encountering in both rooms and discussing about their budget for each rooms, this is what we came up with...

| This is baby Cayden's room. We repainted the yellow wall to blue and have the upper half wall treated with wallpaper. The drawer bed is then custom made; yellow was maintained in this room because the existing wardrobe is yellow. The added blue gives the room some colours instead of just yellow. Baby now sleeps by himself every night in this room. |

| Since Jacob's favourite colour is blue, we recolour the wall to a slightly paler blue so that the custom make drawer bed stands out. Similar to the other room, the upper wall is treated with 'CAR' themed wall paper. To give some 'life' to the custom make bed, we added yellow green doors to the cabinet. Mom and dad are very happy cos when they presented the room to Jacob, we loved it so much that he decided to sleep in the room by himself that night...and ever since... |
We also re-wired / re-looped the lighting points and rectified the leakage problems by fixing the roofing.
It really feel great to know that what we do make a difference in our client's daily lives. We believe that both mom and dad now have their privacy in their own bedroom. :)
