When the decision to have a proper showroom for CLOVER came, the hunt for a 1500 SqFt space started in October 2012. By November 2012, we decided to have this beautiful 1000 SqFt space in SStwo Mall and transform it to what we now call CLOVER home.

What we see here is a totally bare 1000 SqFt unit that we could put our ideas and design into. Although it was not the size we wanted, we saw the high ceiling and immediately thought of building a mezzanine floor which gave us an additional 500 SqFt. Perfect! Just what we needed.

Works began immediately after settling of all proper documentation that was required by the mall management. Here are some pictures of the work-in-progress that was in Nov/Dec

    

Works completed in just 2 months. This 1500 Sq Ft space has a kitchen, a living room, a fully functional office which sits 6 people with their cubicle, a music recording studio, a sizeable store room and a walk-in wardrobe*. On top of that, we have a 300 SqFt balcony which has a gazebo with water feature, an outdoor store hut and a small garden with swing and settee.
